We currently employ some 1000 people in Belgium on two locations in Braine-l'Alleud (South of Brussels) and Baudour (near Mons) with local offices in other European countries.

To cope with the expansion of our activity, our Powertrain Original Equipment Logistics team is currently looking for a Supply Chain Logistician (M/F) with a good command of English for our Braine-l’Alleud site (near Brussels, Belgium).


The team is in charge of planning and organizing deliveries of original Automatic transmissions to our European Customers (Car plants) from various depots scattered around Europe. The job opening is currently for a one-year contract but is likely to be extended on an open-end basis afterwards.

Missions :

  • Receive Customer requirements, treat them and follow them up with a 100% delivery service level.
  • Inform and provide instructions to local warehouses taking into account possible constraints.
  • Based on a well-established procedure, ensure the follow-up of deliveries of products from our parent company bound for various depots and customer production plants, make all necessary operations to secure a correct receiving and invoicing, identify any irregularity and communicate efficiently with all parties involved both within and outside the company in order to guarantee receiving and delivery quality.
  • Encode and prepare the necessary data for reporting and performance indicators.


  • You have a High school diploma and 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor in Logistics, Production Management, Economy or another relevant field with an experience of minimum 2 years in a customer interface role and in supply chain management, preferably in an industrial sector (automobile, aeronautics…).
  • You are fluent in English. The command of French is a plus.
  • You can use MS Office (word, xls) in complex files with ease.
  • Having gained expertise in using ERP systems would be an asset.
  • A rigourous, precise and well-organised person, you are stress-resilient and able to keep concentrated on your targets in a changing environment.
  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills that make you assertive in relations with your Customer, our Depts and our parent company. You enjoy team work.
