We currently employ more than 1000 people in Belgium on two locations in Braine-l'Alleud (South of Brussels) and Baudour (near Mons).

The Braine-l’Alleud site ensures project management activities, R&D, quality assurance, sales and marketing and support activities. The Baudour center hosts a logistics platform and a mechanical & electronical manufacturing center.

Elsewhere in Europe, AW EUROPE holds a network of resident sites with its main Customers and has two development centers occupying more than 100 people in Germany.   • Receive orders, treat them and follow them up while anticipating potential hurdles to ensure delivery quality.
  • Prepare monthly production plan taking into account order fluctuations, Customers' constraints and supplier issues.
  • Supply information and delivery instructions to our local warehouses in order to guarantee 100% service rate.
  • Secure security stocks enabling delivery levels in accordance with our Customers' needs in original equipment units whatever the circumstances.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects (SOP, pre-series, product model changes, repair,…).


  • You have a relevant high-school education with at least 5 years of experience or a bachelor degree in logistics, production management, economics with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer interface and supply management in an industrial sector (automotive, aeronautics,…).
  • You speak English currently. A usual command of French is not a requirement, but an asset.
  • You can use MS Office tools (word, xls) in complex files.
  • An expertise in ERP systems would be highly appreciated.
  • A rigorous, precise and well-organised person, you are stress-resilient and you are able to stay focused on your tasks in a fluctuating environment.
