Do you want to play a central role in managing and optimizing the flow of materials and products within our company, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of operations while minimizing costs and risks? Then, this job is for you!
Your mission
Our Supply Chain team, composed of 18 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to strengthen this team.
Mission of the team:
Manage, coordinate and execute warehousing, logistics and customer service activities; ensure that all inbound and outbound deliveries of goods to/from affiliated companies, off-site warehouses or external customers and suppliers are processed in a safe and timely manner, at the lowest possible cost (including handling, warehousing, transportation, packaging, etc.) and in total compliance with all applicable industry standards, laws, regulations, policies and procedures (internal or external, domestic or international).
Profile
What will you work on?
- Collect, integrate & analyze customer needs and variations in customer demand.
- Check that customer demand matches stock availability.
- Prepare procurement plans in compliance with supplier constraints.
- Check the status of orders from A to Z (from approval by the supplier to receipt).
- Track shipments to customers according to an established procedure.
- Control stock levels in compliance with established rules.
MUST HAVE
- Experience level: Junior – Confirmed
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or Economic Sciences
- Fluency in French & English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
NICE TO HAVE
- A first experience in an industrial sector, ideally in the automotive industry
- German language skills
- IT Tools: knowledge of ERP, Sharepoint
