Function

Do you want to play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth business operations? Then, this job is for you!

Your mission

Our OEM Sales team, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Key Account Coordinator to strengthen this team.

What will you work on?

  • Clarify and report customers’ requirements to the relevant internal departments within Aisin Europe and with Aisin Corporation (in Japan)
  • Coordinate, control and administer assigned projects both internally & externally
  • Monitor and report customer KPI and coordinate necessary action plans with other departments
  • Support specific EU Car Manufacturer in daily commercial topics to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure smooth business continuity.
  • Prepare and release quotations and price lists, support negotiation until customer approval and follow-up to ensure timely Purchase order receipt
  • Support sales budget preparation
  • Follow-up and collection of payments if needed

Profile

MUST HAVE

  • Sales/business orientation bachelor's degree or higher
  • A first experience in a sales department
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Customer orientation
  • Negociation skills
  • Ready to travel in Europe (up to 15%)

NICE TO HAVE

  • A first experience in an industrial sector, ideally the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of additional languages
