Function
Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations? Join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst and play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination between customer demand and supply capabilities.
What you’ll do
- Collect, integrate, and analyze customer requirements and demand fluctuations.
- Monitor alignment between customer demand and stock availability.
- Develop procurement plans while respecting supplier constraints and lead times.
- Oversee order status from supplier confirmation through to final receipt.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers based on well-defined procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy in compliance with internal policies.
Profile
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
MUST HAVE
- Junior to Confirmed experience level
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or Economics
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel
NICE TO HAVE
- First experience in an industrial environment (automotive = big plus!)
- German language skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and SharePoint
