Function

Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations? Join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst and play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination between customer demand and supply capabilities.

What you’ll do

• Collect, integrate, and analyze customer requirements and demand fluctuations.
• Monitor alignment between customer demand and stock availability.
• Develop procurement plans while respecting supplier constraints and lead times.
• Oversee order status from supplier confirmation through to final receipt.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers based on well-defined procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy in compliance with internal policies.

Profile

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

MUST HAVE

• Junior to Confirmed experience level
• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or Economics
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel

NICE TO HAVE

• First experience in an industrial environment (automotive = big plus!)
• German language skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and SharePoint
